The picture I chose portrays details and emotions that make it so good. The dirt on the boy's stomach and the black eye really convey his emotion. His emotion makes the viewer feel sad for him because of how he is sitting and his sad face. I also like how the photographer took this picture in front of a woods area to show the viewer where the boy has been. This is why all of these qualities make this picture great.
