Pick a single object a day for 365 days in a row.
Choose an important object - an object that has meaning.
Put the objects in a box, and place the box in a dark closet.
Do not go in the closet, other than to put other objects in the box.
At the end of the year, gather all of the objects.
Throw away the ones representing good parts of your life,
and keep the ones representing bad parts of your life.
Put the bad objects in a place that can be seen by everyone.
