I like this photo because of the lighting that cancels out the background and brings focus to the light bulb. The lighting also creates shadows which adds to the monochromatic photo. I like the movement that the lighting creates, moving from dark to light. The positioning of the objects in contrast with the lighting allows the picture to still be compositionally pleasing without having everything centered. The lighting and dull colors help to create a mood that is conveyed in the photo.
